Charge me to much money

I introduced a bunch of newports from grab and proceed. These were like 4.50. The cashier cost me 45.00 for just one bunch of newports. I didnt discover it till a few hours had past. I occur to examine my charge card. & most of my income was eliminated. I returned afterwards that evening to obtain my reimbursement. He was suppose to place the cash back on my card-but when checked it had been not there. I named with no one answer the telephone. I simply need my cash back. I actually donot understand wat to complete at this time simply because theyare performing enjoy it anything was okay in order for them to over-charge my card.
