Charge me to much money

I brought a pack of newports from grab and go. They were like 4.50. The cashier charge me 45.00 for one pack of newports. I didnt notice it until a couple of hours had past. I happen to check my credit card. And most of my money was gone. I went back later on that night to get my refund. He was suppose to put the money back on my card but when checked it was not there. I called and no one answer the phone. I just want my money back. I dont know wat to do at this point because they're acting like it everything was ok for them to over charge my card.
