My Refund is not returned

I'd bought a Natural Dot card on March 24. I'd set cash about the cash bunch card from my Federal Tax. I place 45 bucks about the card. Our prepaided hurry card wasn't section of their prepaid cards so my cash wouldn't continue there. I contact Green Dot exactly the same evening and that I am still waiting on my income. They explained I'll received my cash within 7-10 business days. It been 14 days, that's simply not correct. They're bascially receiving people cash, that why you cannot obtain a reimbursement in the shop. I declare someone have to earn money off them by obtaining our pocket cash back.
