I have been through the drive by inspections, attorney fees to stop foreclosure, late fees when payments were note late, reporting late payments to the credit bureaus, a forebearance agreement that was not honored, drafting of payment from my checking account without authorization, the run around and nasty attitudes when calling by phone. I would like to know how to be included in the law suit against Fairbanks.
