Anyone willing to join me and take them to court? Rip-off!

I am a single a mother raising a 4 month old daughter.
I sent them out a payment and all I got was labels of people I could send letters to and scam them out of their money just like Nancy from tristar did to me.
They garunteed me at least $800 a week and if I didn't make that I could get triple my money back but I got nothing.
