The ad said 1500 dollars but they said because it was already sent to a tax agent that it would be 3000 dollars so i paid it and asked for a receipt to be mailed to me it never came. So after many phone calls of them telling me they were going to send me papers to sign so they could take care of my back tax problem those papers never came as well. And i am still getting letters from the irs like they never contacted them as well. I will update my report as it goes along. I have also filed with the bbb. And will be contacting some of the places they avertise.
