On 12/23 I obtained a telephone call from "Samantha Gilmore" declaring that she'd a imminent "scam situation" against me in Henrico County. She managed to get seem like she was having a legitimate workplace. After I delivered the phone call I really could not achieve her-but got a guy from the title of "Brian Baxter" (ext 115) who stated I defaulted on the mortgage with Nationwide paydayloans last year. He explained I shut out my bill with Suntrust Bank. It was true-as I'd an unfamiliar supply withdraw $700 out-of my banking account on 2/14/09. Used to do not need financing with Nationwide Payday but did have one with another organization also it was settled entirely. Additionally on 12/23 a guy turned up at my previous job buying co worker of mine. He didn't provide qualifications but informed her he was searching for me and another former co worker on check fraud costs. He didn't provide his title simply this 1 800 552 7945 telephone number along with a "situation #".in my discussion with Mr. Baxter I told him that I'd documented Nationwide Payday of a year-ago towards the AG's workplace in Va as well as had voiced having a repetition. Within the NY State AG's workplace in mention of the harassing telephone calls, etc. Then he questioned me easily understood %, that we don't, after which he recommended he might possess the wrong person. Our problem is if this person turns up at my workplace it'll undoubtedly cause difficulties for me personally. I work with their state and certainly will not need some fan come waltzing in my own workplace unsettling my Manager or other people
