Ripoff They took over my vehicle loan from seawest and have added over $1000 to my payoff and everytime I talk to them I get different figures from different people and cannot get a straight answer

Since this company took over my truck loan from it has been a catastrophe. I was current with seawest, they take the loan over and now my payoff jumped $1000 even after making $800 in payments. Everyone I talk to on the phone seems like the just started working there and repeats the same thing I was told by the last person, I am always $233 dollars behind even after making a regular payment. I certainly don't want to lose my truck but have my hands tied dealing with these people. Their offices are in Ca. But their payment center is in Az. At P.O. Box 98745 Phoenix Az 85038.

What to do when one financial company takes over another one and demands more money than the old company, and their check by phone fees are $5. I have no trust in them and a financial company with a P.O. Box and no website or email? I need to get the Ca. Attorney general to check this company out!!
