Told me I could take over payments of a foreclosing home but no delivery all bull

My name is Donnie Jackson, I found this company on craigslist. They said rent to own homes on their ad, so I checked it out. Like an idiot I believed their crap, I gave them 200 dollars to become a "member" they said ok here is a list of home foreclosing in your area! Look them over they said, find the one that suits your needs, find the one that you can afford, you have to make double the amount of the monthly mortgage payment. I found several I could afford and I thought were pretty nice. Now here is where it becomes a scam. You have to send them a letter telling them foreclosure is not the way out but letting me the new owner take over the payments is. I sent them out and as I was getting them back in the mail I found it odd. I did some investigating and found out these homes were not in foreclosure after all. I tried to get my money back and the people just hang up on me. I wrote them a letter that they ask for on their web site asking for a refund and I have never heard a word from them. Watch out for these scam artists they will take you 200 dollars and never speak to you again. I will be contacting a lawyer about these people and start a class action lawsuit against them.
