Fraudulently charged $9.95 on three occasions to my debit card without my permission

Last year I noticed two charges on my debit card for $9.95 from MWI connections. I called them and they had said it was something I had signed up for via the internet. I was credited for one of those charges. I went on-line this weekend, May 22 and noticed another charge for $9.95 for Simple Pleasures. I got suspicious and pulled out some old bank statements and saw it was the same company after calling them on Monday May 24.

I asked them what it was I bought for the amount above and they had said it was through Classmates.com that I had signed up for something on their website. Well, that's absolutely wrong. When I called them on Monday morning to tell them they better credit my account and let them know how upset I was that they had the nerve to use my debit card to charge something that I never ordered.
