30 day late reporting on credit reports

In September I had been involved with a dreadful incident. I had been hospitalized for just two weeks. Due to my hospitalization I had been fourteen days overdue on my charge card fee. I have named Capital One numerous occasions to determine when they might in great faith take away the one month late-payment that's displaying on all my credit history.

I Have never been overdue on any funds apart from that one and am frustrated that Money One won't assist me out with this specific scenario.

Please take away the one month overdue info from my credit history.
