Worst Customer Service Every

I have tried to reach this company for several days, trying to talk to someone about cancelling my contract. WIth a forced early retirement, our finances are not what they were when we singed the contract. They never return my calls, and when I do speak to someone they are RUDE. My service agent "Mini" will not let me speak to anyone else. She just tells me I don't have any options. It is frustrating. If you ever have to deal with this company, I feel for you. To stop payments I will have to cancel the card they are going on. More hassle for me. Thanks EFC, for nothing.
