Company representatives promise success based on your drive and determination, promise excellent customer support continuous and intensive to insure you succeed.

After following the instructions give to me by my "assigned" representitive and taking the test, I then proceeded with the next - given - step in the process. Which was to use the data base of doctors that come with the software and mail out the preformatted letters to solicite there business.

For 8,8 months I did this and never did I get a single response!!! After relocatind following the September 11 incident I made another attempt at getting my business up and running. I phoned the telephone Numbers that shipped with my software, and NONE of them were in service.
Needless to say I am livid, I made EVERY hard working attempt to succeed with this medical billing software, and nothing brought about any kind of success, the numbers given for the clearing house and contacts, ALL no longer in service.

So not only can I not even reach a person to get my money back, I can not reach a web site, nor page.

I WANT my money back as I truly made an effort to make my medical billing practice work, and I will never order any thing without being able to walk into a physical location!
