Extra fees unknown be-known to me

Look at you paperwork very carefully, they will pile on extra 'ghost fees' that are unknown until you notice them and call them. They put it in, charge you and not notify you. I was with them for over 10 years, have moved, notified someone at the company I have moved and have not receive any paperwork, you would think they would send me a courtesy email or even an automotive email to their customers saying there are going to be extra fees coming soon. But no, sneaky, sneaky, thru the years, same story. But since I wasn't getting a bill from them, this one sneaked by me for 4 months for over $30 a month! Not nice especially since I personally know the rep. When I called, sounded like they heard this before and didn't care to resolved the issue.
