Fraudulent

Company contacted me said I was approved for a loan. Said needed to pay 4 months upfront ($640). Company will send me information thru the mail to fill out and return. Did not, however, ask me to prove income or provide references or even ask how much money I made.

Web site has no physical address, no telephone number listed, no privacy notice, no legal disclosures at the very end. When I look for the information it says "under construction".

I did try various web searches to see if company was legit. Came up blank. I can only assume they use various names, websites, etc.

I suspect they are fraudulent because from the research I did you should not have to pay $ to get money on a personal loan - no matter what the amount.
