Loan company ripoff fraudulent fakes

I applied online for a $12,000 personal loan with this company. I received a call about 2 days later from Rebecca Gomez stating that I was approved for this loan but since my credit was not so good, in order for me to secure the loan I would need to pay the first 4 months first and send a copy of my D.L., SSN, income verification and mailing address verification. They told me the monthly payment would be $301.00 but I would need to send $1,205 for insurance purposes. They wanted my bank information. They said they would direct deposit the money in my account within 24 hrs.

They gave me their fax number and telephone number and I told them I would send all the info the following day. Before doing anything I decided to research on this website to see if this company would pop up and it didnt but I did find similar company names as well as similar stories so I became hesitant.

I called the company the following day. Their voice system seems home-made to me. Rebecca answers the phone with no professionalism. The website has no contact info. No phone numbers. No addresses. I called and pretended to be someone else and asked for their website. Rebecca put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called again. She finally gave me the website.

I asked for a mailing address. She asked "what for?". I responded by saying that I was not comfortable giving her my bank information and I'd much rather prefer send money by mail. She then transferred me to a voicemail. I called back about 20 minutes later and she gave me an address that I could not find in the yellow pages nor on mapquest.

I called the better business bureau and they've never heard of this company and does not have their telephone number on file as well. And I've never heard about giving a loan company money before they can give you the loan. That's ridiculous. So I've decided that I will not take my chances with this company. If you come across this company please do not take a chance. They are fakes. Don't throw away your money like water.
