They first deliver a notice, Notice exhibits overdue balance. Additionally exhibits negotiation supply (close ot half oforignally confirmed due). I named the contact range and also the consultant claims thats the due displaying agianst my cultural (!!!). She syas she may make an update/modification (no idea what type of update/modification they are able to create) but requested to deliver USPS mail (!!!???). When you initially named, she also claims the discussion is documented, something may be used against % % %. No idea exactly what it is.

When asked concerning the report / debt / merchannt, they don't have any solutions, they simply state its hsowing as Xcel?

She does not actually understand what is Xcel? When and just why it seems?

It may be a fraud plus they provide heart problems and spend our time
