I'm students so that as i called to create a fee on our 40.61 current-account i had been told i owed 366.65. Works out that xcel energy transferred our cousin deliquent consideration to my current bill becuase within the summer i created a fee for my cousin utilizing my bank account and since my sister doesn't possess a energetic xcel energy consideration they matched our bank account from her xcel energy consideration to my xcel energy account and they now hold me accountable for paying the full stability. They said the apartment director established that i lived with my cousin, i approached the mangement and they said they administration didn't verify actually they noted that i had been never about the lease and she even contacted them but woman title tony at 8066406893 stated that makes no distinction. My sister called them to create arrangement and get responsiblilty for that account and tony informed my sister that she must make payment arrangements with me and so they cannot speak with her about my account that is my brother consideration. I've never closed a rental with the apartment or contract with master my sisters address i simply made a fee for her once to assist her out. I had been never a main or secondary or third party on my sisters xcel energy consideration, tony says its a mn regulation named benifitting from support, and yet my sister had a roommate that lived with her about the lease and they split the bill so when i requested tony about any of it she says "i'll not undergo this along with you again this bill will remain under your name" after i had no understanding of the bill and today i'm displaying deliquent on my exceed power account after i never had a balance under my name. I requested tony to supply me files showing that i lived with her and she says "that i've to provide information showing that didn't" that we cannot trigger i had been not under any rent throughout the summertime, i remained with my father. I'm heartbroken about that oredeal, but i informed her i'll never pay on this consideration. The great girl gets disciplined to be accountable, truly they simply screwed themselves over cuz they aint obtaining cent from me. Anyhow... God bless me and have mercy in it:)
