I obtained a notice from DCS dated on 02-02-12 but was not post-marked before 8th. The notice mentioned these were accountable for gathering your debt owed from the student loan.in the torso of the notice they mentioned "we shall maintain your consideration to provide you with the chance to stay this responsibility voluntarily." About the back of the letter it claims I've thirty days to react to this notice! Recently I obtained a notice in the Department of Treasury declaring my national fees have been garnished and also the whole quantity of my national return have been put on this debt. Therefore obviously I named this DCS wondering why they'd garnished my fees when this notice claims these were keeping my bill? I talked with Lexi Cost and he or she moved me to Christy Sharp using the guarantee that Christy might help understand this problem solved.
