Ripoff is totally bogus

Received a mailer that informed me that I was pre-approved for $15,000 credit card. I sent in $43 for rush delivery. I've got other credit cards with about equal limits.

I wanted to do a balance transfer to a 0% interest for 12 months. I've obtained an 800 number to call, but it's totally bogus. What can I do to get my money back?
