Today (11/21) I called to chase customer service support and it was the worst experience I ever had! First of all they put me on hold for about 10 min and after that they asked me a million questions about my address, SSN, name, middle name, age, date when Did I opened my bank account etc. The lady was speaking very fast and it sounded like she didn't understand what she's talking about and care about it. She Didnt let me finish all the answers, put on hold twice and then redirect to another person. Another lady seed to me pretty immature and young, like 16-17 and she didn't even understand what she's talking about. She asked me exactly the same type of questions and put on hold 3 times. Finally she said that it would be better that I go to the closest bank and they may can help. The thing is I only needed to know if I was able to take the money from my account, because about 3-4 days ago they blocked it. The reason they block it you going to ask me? Simple thing: they re not paying attention to what they are doing. First of all they made 2 mistakes on my name and it time out of my day to come back to them to change it the same name as on my id. Second they took my documents and didn't send them to the main office. Third it suck a lot of my time to bring them the same documents over and over again and waste my time. Next time I rather send all the documents by myself or not even bother opening an account at Chase. After I complained to the manager at local chase branch about this weird situation, he told me that he would personally call them and ask why customer service act so rude and why my documents flying around. The guy told me to relax and wait which made my decision to cancel this account and go to other bank that does not sh*t on their customers.
