Reps Say You Get a Visa and a "Merchandise Card" It's a rip off card

I received a postcard in the mail stating I had been approved for a $4000 credit limit. Not having the best credit history, I thought this may be a valid opportunity to restore my credit. I questioned the representative about the validity and was told I would get both a Visa and a "Merchandise Card".

I agreed to a postdated transaction for a $199 debit from my checking account, began to have a bad feeling about the entire deal and did a keyword search on "E-credit Solutions". Immediately, a search result with "E-credit Solutions" and the word "scam" popped up, and my worries were verified.

After reading approximately 50 different accounts of being ripped off by this company, and reading that there is NO Visa card from this company, I quickly called by bank.

They told me to first come in and fill out an "Unauthorized ACH" form, then encouraged me to close my account to avoid future problems from this company (which apparently operates under many different names, which would require these forms to filled out for each and every name).

I tried to reach the so-called "Customer Service" line and get the same message, "We cannot get your call right now.

Call back later, " then it hangs up on you! The representatives that "sign you up for the credit card" will not help cancel this either.

Sooner or later, these people will be prosecuted and held accountable for misleading consumers and blatantly lying.
