Mysterious TD Bank Overdraft Fees

The screenshot attached to this report, from my TD Bank transaction history, says it all.

TD Bank has refused to refund the unaccounted-for $175 overdraft fee, insisting (despite the clear evidence to the contrary on my screenshot) that my previous five transactions overdrew my account.

I note with interest that my transactions do not appear in the order of their occurrence, but in a "highest amount to lowest amount" order. Coupled together with TD Bank's foot-dragging with regard to crediting deposits to accounts, it would suggest that TD Bank is deliberately manipulating the transaction posting order in such a manner as to maximize the chance of multiple overdrafts.
