Zero-interest bundle plan hid extra monthly charges

It was a nightmare with my Citibank VISA. They offered me a solution to my current balance over the phone, and they got me to agree to a bundle package that would bundle my current balance into a zero-interest staggered payment. They did tell me zero interest, but they didn't inform me about some other charges left behind in the bundle that would add up to the total I had to pay monthly.

True, there was no more monthly minimum, but they caught me having to pay a bulk amount every month without my knowing that I was actually coerced to pay more than my regular monthly minimum, staggered payment or not. It's obviously extortion.

I had it canceled, but the lady I was talking to said I had to clear off all the outstanding balance before they could cancel the account. Extortion.
