Collection Agency is a rip-off! Rude! They're listed on Better Business Bureau as bad!

My son got the great rip off from cingluar phone. He offered to make payments, but to no evail. Now Ryan and Reed a collection agency is calling and threatening him and wanted imformation on how to contact him via cell phone number, which they got without his permission.

I finally got tired of answering the phone and told them not to call here anymore, they got persistent as usual and I lost it! I told them that they were listed in the BBB 25 times and I advised my son not to give them a penny! After I lost it he told me to shut up twice and called me an old bag, I lost it again, He hung up!
Do they also have the right to negociate the price?
I do not like these people. After researching them on the internet I guess I'm not alone.

They also enclose a pamplet the says to "Please consult Your Attorney regarding our client's potential remedies and Your Possible Defenses if the total amount past due is not paid" The address on this pamplet is not the same as the company's address. The address on the pamplet is 8619 Roswell Rd., Suite 900-610, Atlanta, GA 30350, but the phone number is the same.
