ROI Marketing rips off financial professionals with bogus leads

I was contacted out of the blue by Nishell from ROI (return On Investment) Marketing offering to sell me these exclusive and exceptional leads. RIPOFF!!! They lie to everyone after they have your money. Contact the Florida Attorney General if they got your money already. If not, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!

I used a debit card to pay them - DON'T!!! If you used a credit card; immediately contact your bank and file a complainty to their fraud unit. I have a frien who is also an agent who got his money back by following all of the above. I haven' t yet but will not stop until I do. If your state has a Deceptive Trade Practices Act; I'm filing an action in small claims court under that act because it provides treble (triple) damages for this kind of crap. I will further serve their Agent for Process with notice of this suit.

In addition to the above; since they operate nationally by soliciting business by phone all over the country, The Federal Trade Commission has a complaint form online to accept your complaint to make this a Federal offense as well. If everyone does this, at least it may shut them down under this name (I understand an agent in Florida chased them after they changed their name at least once).
