"Bad Address" Fee

After 6 months, I called to check on my money market account balance, to find out that the fcu had been charging me a "Bad Address" fee each month, which equaled the amount of interest i was earning on my deposit! I have had the same address for 41 years!

It's hard to believe that I would never receive one piece of mail if it was sent. (I verified they had the address I had given them). Why, in 6 months time would they not have called or e-mailed me that my statements were being returned? They refused to refund me these fees. Doesn't seem very legitimate practice. I know they have to be audited. Can I make my complaint known to their auditors? As it stands, they got to use my money free for as long as I wasn't wise to their scheme. I have withdrawn my money, but would like the satisfaction of an investigation.
