These clowns are still trying to steal homes using the same methods the courts found to be illegal. Drive by appraisals, forced duplicate insurance, the mysterious other charges and my favorite the unapplied funds. Funds paid this company disappear into a huge sucking void that they control. If you ask them for a statement to show where funds are applied after waiting weeks or months you receive something that nobody can decipher their own people can't tell you what the abbreviations stand for but you better send them more money to be applied to these same phantom charges or you will be foreclosed on. They refuse to take partial payments and spend your money wherever they see fit (as long as it does you no good)
