Ripoff Can't get off bureaus never had credit with them and never will

My Wife recieved a card and did not ever request it. She cut it in half and called them and canceled the card. The next time we checked our credit there was a $202.00 collection on her. This went on two years and she could not get them off her credit. I checked my credit in 2003 and it appeared on my bureau (all three) so I called and they said they would remove it from both hers and mine.

This year I need to get a credit card and this has poped up again on Experian only. These people are sending out credit cards and then not letting people out from under thier $202.00 fee. Even if the card is never used they claim they are owed. All I want is this off my credit.

I'd like it off my Wifes credit too, but mine should be clear cut. The people they hire are of the attitude that us consumers are garbage: at least thats how they make you feel when you ask them to help you. If you can help me in anyway I would truely appreciate it.
