Ripoff

In 1999 I attended a "class" by ACE. They then sent me a credit card for $400, which came to me Maxed out. I called them and told them that I was not interested in their program, and sent all the materials back to them the box had not even been opened. I assumed it was all taken care of until recently, when it appeared on my credit report. Not only did they want the $400 from the maxed out card (Spirit Bank) they had sent me, but they also wanted $300 for a class that I returned to them unopened. I have since disputed with the credit agengies, but they say that they are unable to remove, because ace says I owe them that, and without any way to prove I dont it will stay there until I pay it.

I will find some way to get it taken off my report...
