Pedro Santiago, Catrina Jones Funding of Petroleum Products Scam

Mr Pedro Santiago along with his co - conspirators in E.C. Services and growthcorpsolutions ltd in Australia set up DST as a scheme and artifice to defraud and to obtain money by means of false and fraudulent pretenses, representations and promises, and for the purpose of excuting such schemes and artifice, to transmit and cause to be transmitted by means of wire.

They promise to help provide funding for the purchase of petroleum products if the client can provide 0.02% of the principal value. Once the deposit is received they then inform you of a further charge of 0.1% that needs to be paid to finally secure the funding.

From this point on if you insist on the terms of the contract, that you were unaware of a further charge and that you would rather like a refund. They immediately cut you off.

All calls are left unanswered and emails not returned... Scam!
