Scam phone calls

The corporation continues to call me many times each day departing intimidating communications, meaning when i do not return their calls instantly, anything bad can happen in my experience. These calls come all the time of the almost all the time, actually in the centre of the night. How are they held accountable? I do want to file a class action suit against them.
