Charged my checking account several times for nothing

This company has been charging my checking account for several months. I have been calling the number listed on the electronic image for months but i can never get a real person on the phone. Finally today i found another number and when i got through a woman with an attitude answered the phone. When i explained to her what was going on she tried to tell me that my wife does know what it is.

Either way, if she knows what it is or not we have not received any type of card from this fraudulent company. The bank will not stop it so we are being forced to close our account down.
