Horrendous!

If you should be contemplating buying at Jennifer Convertibles please examine what I recently experienced prior to making your decision to invest your cash there.

I did so plenty of study and examined about 6-8 various shops to get a top quality leather sofa. I'm a strong believer you receive that which you purchase then when it involves a bit of furniture I'm about investing a bit more if this means better-quality. The ultimate two leather couches arrived right down to Raymour and Flanigan and Jennifer Convertibles, I'm today having buyers regret after poor customer support at Jennifer Convertibles.

I bought a pleasant leather sofa for $2500 1.5 years back from Jennifer Convertibles and bought the warranty that claims they'll repair or substitute any harm to the sofa for just two year in the purchase time. I e-mail Jennifer Convertibles to tell them the seam where the leather matches the material about the base of the support has divided. Given the split of the seam is about the base of the support but I needed it mounted or changed before it got worse. Jennifer Convertibles mail reaction to me was this wasn't protected since it was over annually in the purchase day along with a deficiency from the producer that they're not accountable for.

I thought the truth that it was their reaction at the same time when great customer support is important to keep clients and acquire new clients through recommendations was an extremely bad choice on the component. I also was thinking about purchasing the corresponding love-seat and seat that was about another $1700 which following this encounter, won't be buying from them.

I'll never purchase something from Jennifer Convertibles or any associated organization again. I intend on calling the maker Ashley Furniture to determine when they could be of more help than Jennifer was.

Please don’t create exactly the same error I did so and purchase a bit of furniture from Jennifer Convertibles.
