Bank of america -rewards points - credit card

I use online banking and have for the most part always been pleased with my Bank Of America experience... I have been a customer for years now. I have 3 Bank Accounts and a credit card through Bank Of America. I Have the Bank of America Rewards card where you earn points... I redeemed some of those points for two $25 gift cards. One was to Olive Garden and the other to Subway. I was looking forward to receiving these gift cards to save me alittle money on my vacation to Florida. I waited and waited and after about 6weeks called to say I hadnt received them. The representative told me that they would be coming and I would have to wait alittle bit longer. So I did wait probably another 6weeks. I then got worried that maybe they were lost in the mail or never got shipped so I called back. I got a different representative on the phone that was EXTREMELY rude to me. I work in customer service and would NEVER treat my customers the way this woman treated me. She explained that they were shipped and there was NOTHING she could do for me. I not only did not receive my gift cards but they also took all my points and never returned them to me. I asked if there was a manager available to speak with me and she told me no. I asked her probably 12 times if there was anything at all she could do for me and she just repeatedly said "No ma'am there is nothing I can do for you."
