English is poor hope everyone upderstands I never have trouble with any Insurance company for over 40 years About 6 months ago my business was burglar come in call the police and make report. Later i call insurance company they asked me many questions try to confuse me they also very kind help me by getting someone speak cantonese but ask to many questions. But lots of headache ask me for all reciepts bankstatement, sale reciepts I have given them all i have feel they treat me different hard to explain but I need help what to do they really make me feel like i cause trouble very bad! Big bad Insurance company pick on me
