Ripoff did not pay for losses after my home was robbed homeowners insurance

My home was robbed nov 27th it took months to get things settled in which i was paid money on my homeowners insurance for damages of the dwelling. I was not paid any money for all the personel property that was taken.

I was told that i had to replace all items and send in reciepts before i can be paid. But they charged me a 250.00 dollar deductable but only paid on half my losses. After my home was robbed in nov it was robbed again in jan i reported it no one returned my call and no claim was made. The police dept recieved some of my belongings and i have been trying to get them back since nov and i get the run around from them also.
I called the victims center no reply back only that they well pass it to their boss that was at least a month ago. The losses on the insurance report were no recovered. Why do we pay homeowners insurance for our personel belongings if they are not covered. Word of advice keep all reciepts no matter how old and take lots of pictures nice of them to tell me after i been with the company for 10 years.
