I am not a conspiracy nut but I have been told B of A has trained employees to lie and intend to force customers into foreclosure, they are on a property-grab mission. I now wholeheartedly believe this after applying almost one year ago and still not only no answer, but they unilaterally escrowed my account so that I am paying MORE!

I get different stories from different people after being placed on hold and transferred for upwards of 45 minutes each time.
Any accountability here? I just got a notice that I am in default and they are going to accelerate my loan, even though I have been paying on time ever since I took out this loan 7 years ago.

Even if they told me they weren't going to proceed I have no faith in what I am told and fear I will end up fighting a foreclosure proceeding... All after simply applying for a modification due to hardship. Now its worse.
