Shame on asc. We have been paying on this mortgage for 10 years at 9.25 intrest. My spouse was diagnosed with a terminal brain cancer in 2003. He was 44 years old. He died in 2010. Our income changed drasticly. We fell behind in our home payment in november. We applied for a loan modifcationat that time. I have satisfied all thier requierments and was told on 9-27 my loan was in review. For the last two weeks they have not returned my messages and no one that i talk to seems to know what is going on except that my loan is in review. Im so afraid i will be put in forecloser does anyone know what i should do. I do not want to loose my home.
