ProblemNature of Complaint: Refund / Exchange Issues - No Detail Provided

Problem: Yes... I have been calling and leaving messages for a refund back to my account without any response except for people being rude over the phone... They say I have told you several times they will call you this is just a message line... Or our refund policy is with in the 3 day period you must call back for the refund... I did call back on the Sunday after they called and solisited me for money... No one has called me back... I did have one call and man names Michael who did nothing but question me about my money budget at home and how much money was I goina invest.
