Watch out review

I ordered some loose diamonds late Feb to Early March. They took the money out of my bank on 3-14-11. I have never received them. Each time I call I'm told either they will put a rush on it or I should get them next week. Today is 6-13-11 and still no diamonds. My last call to them they stated should have by the end of the week. I'm tired of waiting. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney's General's office and I called my bank. The bank is going to process my claim, put a temporary refund into my account and contact DSN to refund the money. I didn't want to fool with canceling the diamonds based on the previous complaints I read on this site. I just want my money back. Even if they attempted to resolve this by getting the diamonds to me, I'll bet they would be of inferior quality and I would then have to return them and maybe not get a refund or else if I did get a refund they would deduct all kinds of weird stuff so that they make money off of the sale anyway. I believe they oversold these diamonds and now cannot deliver them. I'm sure they won't ever let me buy anything from them again, but at this point who cares!
