Ripoff they told me I had to prove to them they made a mistake whether they did or not

Wells fargo has been doing the same thing to me. One item will come into the bank and if it is lacking 1 penny they charge me $33.00 for Insufficient funds.
If you try and get an account that prevents you from having over drafts they say well your account is in such bad shape we can't do that.

Once I questioned them and they told me I had to prove to them they made a mistake whether they did or not.
They milked me out of $1,800.00 from October 28 to December 15. I wouldn't mind being in a class action suit against them. They are rude people.
