Virginia Commerce Bank will rip you off. Check carefully to make sure they calculate the interest correctly. They usually don't, and conveniently it's always in their favor. They make a lot of errors.
Be also very careful with their loan documents—they have so many loopholes in their favor. They don't honor their word—they say anything to get your business and then they renege on promises that they never intended to fulfill. Get everything in writing. If you don't, they will not stand behind their word.
When in doubt, go to another Bank. These guys are horrible.
