John O'Neill, Owner Scam! Towing without Regard

I parked my car at the Virginia Commerce Bank to use the ATM. From the ATM I walked across the street to lend a friend some cash. I walk back to the bank and my car was gone. Seriously, I was towed in under 5 mins. Obviously this is a location that is staked out and they are towing without any discretion. I used the ATM so technically I was not parking in violation. I believe Virginia Commerce bank gets a cut of these towing fees because this practice is very despicable and I don't think they would find this action appropriate unless they were getting something out of it. I plan on pursuing this issue with Advanced Towing Company, John ONeill (the Owner), Virginia Commonwealth Bank and Arlington County.
