Stealing deposits

I've 4 CDs for $1,000 each within the title of every of my kids that I set aside in 1994 in Promise National Bank. Guaranty Federal was absorbed by Compass plus they believe liability for several belongings and debts for this establishment. On August 9 I approached Compass to determine about cashing-out these 4 CDs thus my kids might have their cash.initially I had been informed the cash have been switched to Their State of Texas. I approached Their State simply to be informed they weren't keeping any resources in my own title or my kids titles. Compass Bank subsequently explained they'd need to change the info to their authorized division to find whilst the CDs were therefore aged and that I could be approached in three to five times equally by email and telephone. To get a month today I've repeadly named the individual handling this issue and remaining concept after concept on her to PLEASE contact me. I've not obtained a phone however or any info.

Recently I finally sent everybody I'd voiced to with-in Compass and also the worker who had been suppose to contact me initially ultimately emailed back saying they've no info so that as much as she was worried the balances were shut.

The balances were never shut and BBVA Compass is atempting to grab $4,000 plus 17 years-worth of curiosity from my 4 kids. What good people. I did so document a using the FDIC nowadays but that's another 60-day delay and who understands what type of reaction I'll get in the US Government.

I've the initial CDs and also have supplied BBVA Compass copies of those on 2 separate occasions. I suppose they dropped the very first copies I scaned and sent for them. It's one excuse after another.in my opinion they believe when they ignor me long enough I'll disappear.inCORRECT! Next stop can be an attorney.
