Fixed term (not rate?) loan

After paying half an hour about the telephone starting the consideration and confirming numberous occasions that it was a fixed-rate mortgage I popped it. 8 weeks later I then found out it had been a variable-rate mortgage! SUBSEQUENTLY I CALLED AND KEPT SEEKING A HOWEVER THEY DIDNT NEED TO TALK IN MY EXPERIENCE. Waited days for the manager to call me back and got nothing. BBVA=masters within the art of fraud!!! BBVA Compass is just a poor lender!!! Avoid them!
