Total ripoff. Bought a $25.00 prepaid VISA Vanilla card. Said on the outside could be used anywhere cash or debit cards used. Gave it to my sister. She was moving and tried to use it to buy gas. Well, sorry, that was not an acceptable place to use it. Thus they put a "hold" on the card, for 5 days, even though she called and told them that the gas pump wouldnt work with the card. Their respone, "Oh it doesnt work in Gas Stations at the pump".. No notice on the card to that effect. She was absolutely stuck on her cross country trip, and very upset. Dont buy visa products. That sit on the money interest free and you are ripped off.
