I have had no solution with my ripoff concerning my fastcard prepaid visa, calling them is useless, the website is useless, writing is my next step, im trying to get some contact from fastcard itself, www.myfastcard.com is useless, no retailers locator, u cant email them, and u cant get a live customer service, so i been to www.fastcard.com, i have emailed them, and soon i will call them. Its probaley all bullshit, but i hate being ripped off, if anyone still would like to use a reloadable debit card, i would recommend walmart green dot, good luck to all, i will update my complaint after further work
