Ripoff scammed out of 339.15! Lied, cheated, stole City

While I was away, my spouse received a phone call offering to give him a credit card (mastercard) with a $2500.00 and a free vacation, and all this for just 339.15. Imagine, since he is of hispanic origin and does not comprehend the english language fluently, he gave in to consistent pleas for his checking account number, not fully understanding why, etc.

Of course, I called the company, and no supervisor was availabe, and someone would call me back. While waiting, I called the attorney general's office in oklahoma, and will continue to call every agency I can imagine.

I am going to call the bank tonight when he comes home so that we can try to reverse this withdrawal and put a caution on the account for future attempts. We live in a country that should be "united"... Our own people are scamming and hurting us.

I asked the customer service girl how she can work for a company that she knows is lying, cheating and hurting her own fellow americans. I honestly hope we are able to recoop this money as finances are very tight for my husband, I really pray for favor. One of the satisfying thoughts is that they will be held accountable someday and their due will come to them all.

I am so tired of people looking for ways to cheat others, and to think that with all the laws, they still go on day to day and are allowed to continue. What does it take to really stop them??? I will keep you updated and let you know the outcome. When I did a search on yahoo with the name advantage plus, their name did not come up, nor did any reports on them. Go figure.
