Ripped Off, Over $2400.00, For Credit Card Terminal, ripoff

I leased a credit card terminal in 1997 from Cit Financial Group with ownership at end of lease.

Lease ended in 2000.

When looking over my bank statement I realized that I was still being charged a $66.00 fee every month, from my bank account for the credit card terminal.

I called Cit Financial to complain about being charged $66.00 a month for approximately 3 years.

I asked the company representitive, Larita, that was her name, why did the company continue taking the $66.00 payment from my bank account every month.

She stated I was supposed to call up and end lease and pay $280.00 to finalize the lease.

I then asked Larita if the company would give me refund since I paid over $2400.00 in extra payments and deduct the $280.00.

She stated that was not possible.

I plan to contact BBB, Consumer Affairs, Federal Trade Commission, and Attorney General.
